Sample: 

We always recommend ordering samples of materials. Sample sizes depend on the design and are usually 20" x 20" ( 50 cm x 50 cm). We offer one sample of each material per design. We reserve the right to refund multiple orders of the same sample material for the same design. 

Sample swatches are intended as a color and texture sample only and may not show the full design repeat. Please note that the size on the sample may vary. The final design will be printed at the size shown in the product images unless you request a different size.

How to Measure:

Important Note: We always print at least 2" inches (5 cm) extra on both width and height so please order the exact measurements.

First of all, when it comes to measuring, it is important to determine your wall type first. If you have a straight forward standard wall, lucky you! If not, we've got you covered...

Measuring your walls (or ceiling) for wallpaper or a mural is much easier than you might think. Here's our quick and easy guide on how to do it...

Measuring a standard wall

Measure the full height and width of the wall, excluding the skirting boards and/or coving. 

Sloped Walls

If your walls or ceilings are sloped, measure the longest and widest part of the wall excluding the skirting boards and/or coving. We'll print the mural as a square or rectangle, and you'll trim the slopes during the installation process. 

Walls with Obstacles "Doors, Windows Etc."

Measure the entire wall's width and height, excluding the skirting boards and/or coving. , even if there are doors or windows, etc. You can cut around them during the installation process. Once again, we'll print the mural as a square or rectangle. Send us any extra measurements, a photo, or a quick drawing, and We'll show you how it looks with the doors/windows. Easy!

Measuring a pitched Wall

Like when measuring a sloped wall, measure the longest and widest part of the wall and cut away the sloping sections during installation process...

Multiple Walls:

Continuous Wall: If you are covering a continues wall then give us the total width of all walls combined. You don't need to order separately.However, if you still have doubts, just ask us.

Separate Walls: Please order separately for each wall. However, if you still have doubts, just ask us.

Sample Size: Usually 20" x 20" (50 cm x 50 cm) size depends on the design

Shipping

We always ship within 3 working days. Delivery time varies by country and region within that country. For instance, delivery usually takes 1–3 days to the USA and Europe. We ship with FedEx Express and UPS Express.

Return Policy

Custom-Sized Wallpaper Orders

Custom-sized wallpaper orders are non-returnable except in cases of damage during transit and cannot be used or delivered to a different address. Please double-check all measurements and your address before placing your order. If it is damaged during delivery, we will send you a new one free of charge.

The customer cannot refuse the delivery of the product. If they refuse the delivery, the product will be destroyed and no refund, replacement, or exchange will be possible as it will be considered delivered.

Damaged or Wrongly Sent Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days. We'll replace it for you. If you see any damage on the packaging, please take pictures of it before opening the package.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges for items in original condition, unused and undamaged, within 30 days. All original packaging and accessories must be included.

Return Process

For returns, please contact customer support. We'll guide you. Securely package the item and send it back with a reputable shipping company.

Refunds and Exchanges

We'll process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving and verifying your return. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. I am not sure how this design will look on my wall. Can you advise me?

We are here to provide a full service. Please send us a picture of your wall and let us know the design you like. We will then prepare a mock-up for you so you can see how it will look on your wall.

2. Can you change the size of the pattern if it is too big or too small? Or can I make other changes?

Just let us know what you want. We've got you covered.

3. I want a specific color because I'm painting my other walls. Can you change the color of the design?

That is possible for some designs. If not, we will send you the RGB color code so you can prepare the matching paint accordingly.

4. I have chosen a design, but I want to wallpaper my other walls with a plain color from the same design. Can you print a solid color from the design?

Of course! Just let us know which color you'd like.

5. Are these materials in one piece?

• Smooth Peel and Stick: Comes in multiple rolls, each about 24" wide (61 cm)
• Canvas Peel and Stick: Comes in multiple rolls, each about 40" wide (101 cm)
• Traditional Non-Woven: Comes in multiple rolls, each about 40" wide (101 cm)
• Textile Fabric Material: Comes in one piece
• Textured Fabric Material: Comes in one piece

6. Is it difficult to hang one-piece fabric material?

No, all materials are very easy to hang. For textile fabric, apply the glue on the wall, hang the material, pat the air away, and cut off the excess parts around it — and that’s it.

7. I can’t find the design I want on your website, but I found it elsewhere. Can you print it?

We have a very large design portfolio. Please send us the link or a screenshot of the design, and we'll let you know what we can do.

8. How can I cancel my order?

Please note that all our products are made to order, and we manufacture them quickly (usually dispatched within 24 hours). Because of this:

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase at no cost. Contact us via info@mryinteriors.com or WhatsApp for a faster response.
• If you request cancellation after 2 hours, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
• If you cancel within 24 hours but the order has already been manufactured (not yet shipped), a 20% restocking fee still applies.
